Eugene H. Fahrenkrog
Gene Fahrenkrog has been representing victims of medical malpractice for over 35 years. In this time, Gene has represented thousands of people suffering from medical negligence or malpractice and he has won settlements for his clients in excess of $50 million. The medical profession is well aware that if they refuse to negotiate his cases in good faith, Gene has no hesitation in letting a jury decide as he has tried over 200 cases to verdict in his career.
Taking on hospitals and doctors is extremely challenging. Winning these cases means battling with experienced defense attorneys and their highly paid expert witnesses. Gene has the rare combination of dedication and experience with a real compassion and caring for his clients. He is truly committed to obtaining “justice for the medically malpracticed”. Gene has both the knowledge of law and medicine to win, and the compassion to make this process as painless as possible for the victim.
Gene received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University in 1968 and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1971. He began his career in the office of the St. Louis County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.
